We are Soldiers in the Army of The Lord on a recruiting mission for our Supreme Commander In Chief to those who have not yet made Jesus Christ Lord of their lives. God who is our Supreme Commander loves you so much that He gave His only Begotten Son , so that whoever believes on Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) The Bible states that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) "As it is written there is none righteous, no not one." (Romans 3:10) Our Supreme Commander's remedy for sin is found in Romans 6:23 where it says, "for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." The foundation verse that this ministry was built upon is found in 2 Timothy 2:3 where it states, "thou therefore endure hardships as to be a good soldier for Christ Jesus." As soldiers for Christ, we will endure hardships and spiritual battles with the commander of an evil army which is satan himself who is in charge of all that is not of God but if we follow God's battle plans, we will not fail His mission.

Here is that battle plan : "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war in the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal (fleshly) but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." (2 Corinthians 10:3-5) "Finally brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles (tricks) of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." (Ephesians 6:10-13)
